Do you know how to screenshot on your laptop? let me teach you

Until recently, I never knew that I can take a screenshot of my laptop screen. I have read enough about it before but could not do it, not even once. So today, I decided to try it out again and it was very simple. For you to take a screenshot, you have to first consider the type of laptop it is; whether mac, window or Linux. we are going to teach you how to screenshot on windows as it the most popular operating system available as at the time of writing this post, however, if you are using MacBook, you can see how to screenshot here but if it is Linux, screenshot using this method here.

If You Want To Take A Screen Shot And Save It

If you want to take a shot of everything that is displayed on your screen and you want to save it to send it or upload it, simply:

1. Press the Windows Key and the PrtScn (Print Screen) button.

    

2. A save box will appear. Simply type in a file name for the image where you would like to save it to. Then press ‘Save’.

The other case is where you want to take a screenshot without saving it. In that case, simply 1. Press only the PrtScn button. It has now been copied and you can use the paste option to put it wherever you want.

 The third method instance is when you want to take a screenshot of only one item in the screen. it is very simple, simpler than my typing speed in pc; lol.

. Click on the window that you want to take a screenshot of.

2. Press Alt + PrnScn. An image of only that window is now copied to your clipboard, and you can place it wherever you like.
